Executive Search

Recruitment made easier.

Finding the high-calibre Executives you need.

Treatment of people

We have all been a candidate at some point, and it is not always a pleasant experience. During a search we are acting as an extension of your company, so it is important that each potential candidate is left with positive feelings. We try hard to treat everyone – whether candidate or client – in the manner they have a right to expect.

Reliability

The effort and thoroughness applied to the search process by consultants can be very different. We use project management principles to keep on track, including a clearly written and agreed Brief, Gantt Charts, regular Progress Reports and a Close Out/Evaluation step. Thorough, systematic research is complemented by extensive networking (plus internet search techniques when appropriate). And we keep going until you are satisfied.

Responsiveness

We listen. For instance, if you are quite sure you cannot exceed a salary limit then we will not present you with 'great' candidates who are just too expensive. We value your inputs at any stage if it helps us to 'get it right'.

Competence

Thinking processes - whether creating a vision, solving problems or making decisions - are common to all business sectors.  Previously as a management consultant working to improve these processes, Owen gained first-hand experience of many sectors at a variety of levels. This understanding means that now as a head-hunter he can tackle most requirements with some insight into who would make a difference. As the list of projects indicates, we have completed successfully a wide range of searches.

"Look and feel" of materials

The Assignment Brief may be the first tangible element a prospective candidate receives. If it does not answer most of his/her questions, or is presented on a "tatty piece of paper" then the first impression is poor and we have missed a trick. Similarly, if the support documentation for the Shortlist does not provide the information you need to make a selection, and in a format that helps you, then it needs changing.
